Ismail Bin Madeyeh is the General Managing Director and owner for the Alqader Building Maintenance, he is an Emiriti Local and was born in Dubai in 1965.  he is an energetic , young and bussiness mind person, he has many expereinces of bussiness developments in UAE, besides of UAE Bussiness expereince he has also good skills of foreign countries bussiness such as Romania, Itlay, Lathwania. 

he is 8 years of expereince with different govermental and non govermental organisations in UAE. for the different high positions, 

Ismail Bin Madyeh currently managing 3 bussiness in UAE. 

he is really satisfy and happy from his team and wish to have more success and developments in Bussiness Field, 



Ahmad Shah Halimi
Administration Manager

Ahmad shah Has born in laghamn Province of afghanistan in year 1985. he has bachelor degree in computer science and IT Field, he has 5 years of working expereince with many international organisations, embasies and councils in afghanistan for the different high managment posts such as. IACD Admin Officer, FEFA free and fair election foundation of afghanistan Program Coordinator, USAID IT Manager, NRC Norwegien Refugee concil Information and Database Collection Program Manager,  in addition he has gotten many training in different fields like Managment, Report Writing, GIS, GPS, Electoral Administration etc....  he had a study tour to Korea for one months in 2003 and had many other study tours in Pakistan.

Ahmad Shah is an young energatic and open mind person, he has active memebership with many organisation and companies. he wish to achive more expereince and build up his qualification to Master Degree. 

Currently he is very happy that work with Alqader as Administration Manager
